They want to establish a relationship with the people they have chosen to provide protection for their Home, Auto and Business. Of course you are welcome to communicate with us by phone or email but we realize that these options are for your convenience, not ours.

Since each customer has a specific Insurance Broker servicing their account they are relieved to find that each time they contact us, whether it was 6 months or 6 minutes ago, they don't have to repeat information they have already given us.  Our customers can feel confident in the information they receive since the person they are speaking with has chosen insurance as their career and will have been in the insurance business for over 10 years on average.
