Colley Insurance is not a call centre. Instead, we are "Centered on our Customers". Our customers take comfort in their ability to discuss their insurance needs face to face. They want to establish a relationship with the people they have chosen to provide protection for their Home, Auto and Business. We are a local business that can respond to your needs quickly and professionally. Of course you are welcome to communicate with us by phone or email but we realize that these options are for your convenience, not ours.
You will notice that our web site mascot is a Border Collie. It is only fitting that the name and vision of our Family business shares many traits with one of our trusted companions. The Border Collie is a working dog known for its energy, herding ability, intelligence, speed, agility, stamina, obedience and playfulness. The team at Colley Insurance tries to emulate many of these characteristics. We are willing to work hard to get and keep your business. We herd multiple insurance companies and their variety of products in the right direction so that you end up with the right coverage at the right price. Insurance can be complicated and we are dedicated to making sure our team is always furthering their insurance education so that they are able to help you through the complexities of insurance. We listen to you and do everything we can to meet and exceed your expectations. We have fun and have built a team that enjoys working together. For over 80 years the team at Colley Insurance have lived, raised our children, worked and paid taxes, supported local businesses and played in the same community you do. We have also supported countless local charities by contributing our time, money, energy and enthusiasm.
We Don't Fit in a Box
We don’t fit in a box and neither should you. Most Call Centre Insurers drive efficiency by only using one insurance company and only accepting customers whose insurance needs fit in a certain box. The problem is that most people’s insurance needs don't fit in a box and can drastically change over time. At Colley Insurance we are driven to provide customer delight. We do that by representing multiple insurance companies so that if your changing needs don’t fit one company we have several other insurance companies and products to choose from. Since each customer has a specific Insurance Broker servicing their account they are relieved to find that each time they contact us, whether it was 6 months or 6 minutes ago, they don't have to repeat information they have already given us. Our customers can feel confident in the information they receive since the person they are speaking with has chosen insurance as their career and will have been in the insurance business for over 10 years on average.
